Have a question or need help? We'd love to hear from you! There are two ways to contact the elves here at Dark Elf Dice:
1. Contact Form. Use the handy dandy contact form below and a rep will answer your question as quickly as possible. We check our messages frequently throughout the day (even on weekends!). Don't forget to use your browser's back button to return to the website after submitting your question.
2. Telephone. You can reach us via our toll-free customer service number (1-888-265-9907). We do our best to keep the front office staffed Monday - Friday, 9:00AM - 5:00PM Central Time so you can speak to a real person. With that said, sometimes the UPS driver rolls a natural 20 and the elves are stuck at the loading dock unpacking boxes and can't get to the phone, or they're are on the line assisting other customers. If we miss your call during normal operating hours, don't panic! Please leave a voice message and we promise to get back to you lickety split. A 13th level wizard created our voice mail system -- as soon as you leave a message, an email is magically generated and sent to our in-box so we know you've called. Not as impressive as a delayed blast fireball spell, but pretty cool nonetheless. Your business is important to us, and we won't let you down!
